Confidentiality: Each employee of SMH has signed and is legally and ethically bound to keep all information regarding any person coming to our facility completely confidential.
Duty to warn: The law requires that SMH report any threats made to oneself or to others to the proper authorities.
Mandatory Reporting: SMH is also required to report ANY suspected domestic violence, neglect, physical, sexual, or emotional abuse.
