Cindy has a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Kentucky. She is also the Assistant Professor & BSW Field Director at Campbellsville University. Cindy provides services in our Pulaski office for children, adolescents and adults. Her specialties are grief counseling, family counseling, anger, depression and anxiety.
Emily has a Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University. She has a passion for working with children, adolescents and families, with 7 years of experience, incorporating both cognitive behavioral techniques as well as play therapy interventions. She works mostly in a school based setting in Rockcastle county, collaborating with teachers and school officials to meet each client's needs. She is certified in AutPlay, and currently working to obtain Play Therapy certification.
Judith has a Master's of Education in Counseling and Human Development degree. She is certified in play therapy and is trained in providing AutPlay Therapy. She is currently providing services for individual, family, and groups in the home, school and office settings for children, adolescents, and adults.
Chris has been a Case Manager for SMH for many years and has recently began providing therapy. Chris graduated with his Master's from Lindsey Wilson College. Chris has 30 years experience in the human services field. He will be providing therapy in Pulaski and McCreary counties, as well as continuing to work on SMH's parenting class. Chris is interested in the areas of oppositional/defiant behaviors, the SOTP program, spiritual struggles and marriage counseling.
Elizabeth obtained a Master's of Social Work degree from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) in December of 2016. She is currently providing services for individual, family, and groups in the home, school and office settings for children, adolescents, and adults.
Heather has a Master's of Social Work degree. She is trained in providing TF-CBT and Behavior Supports. She is currently providing services for individual, family and groups in the home, school and office settings for children, adolescents and adults. Heather provides therapy services in Rockcastle and Pulaski counties, as well as Behavior Supports in Madison County and Lexington, KY.
Lacey is a graduate of Lindsey Wilson College's Master's program. Lacey has 6 years of experience in the field, including case management and therapy. She will be providing therapy in Pulaski and McCreary counties, as well as anger management classes. Lacey's special areas of interest include substance abuse counseling and working with children.
Nick has a Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has a Master's of Arts in Psychology. Nick has more than 6 years of experience in working in mental health. His broad experience includes private practice, community mental health and serving as the clinic/program director for a psychiatric residential treatment facility. Nick specializes in Marriage and Family Therapy. He has a variety of experience in working professionally with those with depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, and defiance. He is a Certified Batterer' Intervention Provider for domestic violence. Nick also has training in Trauma Focused- CBT and is trained in CBT for Psychosis. He provides services in Adair, Barren, Green, Russell and Taylor counties.
Lesley has a Masters of Art in Clinical Psychology degree. She is trained in providing Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She is the Intake Coordinator serving Casey, Pulaski and Rockcastle counties. She also has a small case load providing individual and family services in school and office settings.
Offered through Medicaid insurances to assist children and families in gaining needed medical, educational, and other support services. These services are offered in the home, school, and office setting.
